The hardest part of sourcing from India is verifying that what suppliers promise actually shows up on your dock. Magnus has 28 full-time quality engineers who physically visit factories every week — pre-production, in-process, and pre-shipment. Independent of the supplier, accountable only to you.
Every Magnus engagement includes baseline inspection at three stages. For higher-risk programmes, we offer enhanced inspection (daily presence) or fully embedded QC (Magnus engineer permanently at supplier site).

Magnus inspectors are rotated across suppliers monthly to prevent local relationships forming.
